WHITE CHEESE IN BRINE MADE OF SHEEP AND GOAT’S MILK

A delicious cheese, rich in taste and highly nutritious. It’s made of 70% sheep’s and 30% goat’s milk.

This cheese takes 2 months to mature. First, it is placed in brine for 20 days at a constant 18-20C and remains in the cold room for another 40 days before packaging.
